Checking platform status and trust

Our public status page and trust page let you see if the platform is up, and how we handle your data.

If something on DoCPR.com does not seem to be working, check our status page first — it is always up to date on outages and ongoing incidents. The trust page explains how we protect your data.

Status page

Go to https://app.docpr.com/status. You will see the current health of:

What the status page shows

  • Web application — the portal and admin
  • Database — Supabase (where your data lives)
  • Email delivery — Mailgun
  • SMS delivery — Twilio
  • Payments — Stripe
  • Online courses — SCORM Cloud

Each component shows a green dot (Operational), yellow dot (Degraded), or red dot (Outage) along with the last time we checked.

Trust page

Go to https://app.docpr.com/trust. That page documents how we keep your information safe:

Topics covered on the trust page

  • Where data is stored (US East, Supabase)
  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS everywhere) and at rest
  • Who can access your data (least-privilege role-based access)
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Sub-processors we use (Stripe, Mailgun, Twilio, etc.)
  • How to request a data export or deletion
💡
Tip: Both /status and /trust are publicly accessible — you do not need to be logged in. Link them to your IT or compliance team if they ask about DoCPR.com.

Note: If the status page shows everything green but you are still having trouble, the issue is probably on your end — try another browser, clear cookies for this site, or call .
