Call . We are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Central Time.

Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to start a conversation. During business hours, you can talk to a team member. Outside business hours, an AI assistant can help.
Submit a support ticket
If you are logged into your portal, click Support or Open a Ticket. This creates a record that we track until your issue is resolved.
What to include when you contact us
- Your name and email address
- The class name and date (if your question is about a class)
- A description of the issue or question
- Any error messages you saw (copy and paste the exact wording)
