If your class was cancelled, here is how to move to a different date.
If your class is cancelled, we will email you right away with options. You can reschedule to a different date at no extra cost.
How to reschedule a cancelled class
- 1Watch for a cancellation email from DoCPR.com with the subject line "Your class has been cancelled."
- 2The email will include a special reschedule link.
- 3Click the link to see available class dates.
- 4Choose a new class date that works for you.
- 5Confirm your selection.
- 6You will receive a new confirmation email with details about your new class date.

Tip: The reschedule link is unique to you. Do not share it. You can use it anytime to move to a different date if needed.

Note: If your class was cancelled, there is no charge for rescheduling. You have already paid for your original class.
⚠️
Important: The reschedule link expires 30 days after your original class was cancelled. Use it within that time window, or contact us.
If you cannot find the reschedule email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot access the link, email support@docpr.com with your name and original class date.
If you do not want to reschedule
- 1You can request a refund instead by contacting us.
- 2Email support@docpr.com with your name and class date.
- 3Let us know you prefer a refund rather than rescheduling.
- 4We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
