Using the portal on your phone

The 4-tab bottom bar, booking forms on mobile, and tips for using the portal with one hand.

The student portal is built mobile-first — it is designed to work smoothly on a phone. Here is what changes when you are using a phone instead of a computer.

The bottom nav bar

On a phone, the top menu collapses and you get a 4-tab bar fixed to the bottom of the screen:

IconTabWhat it does
🏠HomePortal dashboard (upcoming classes)
📅ClassesYour class detail hubs (tap to view each one)
💳WalletYour certifications (cards you can show or download)
👤AccountProfile, payment methods, notifications, security
ℹ️
Note: If you are an organization admin (the person at your company who manages employee training), your third tab will say "Compliance" instead of "Wallet" — that is the org-level cert tracking view. The other three tabs are the same.
💡
Tip: The bottom nav is always visible as you scroll, so you can jump between sections with your thumb without scrolling to the top.

Booking a class on mobile

The booking form stacks into a single column on a phone. The Continue and Pay buttons are full-width and sized for thumbs. Fill one step at a time and tap Continue to move forward.

Tips for small screens

Things to know

  • Rotate your phone to landscape if a form feels cramped — the layout adapts.
  • Tap the Get Help link in the header (or "Help" in your bottom bar when signed out) to open this help center at any time.
  • Your check-in code lives on the Class Detail Hub — no need for a printed ticket.
  • You can add a class to your phone's calendar by tapping Add to Calendar on the confirmation page or in the email.
ℹ️
Note: If something is not working on your phone, try reloading the page or switching to your phone's default browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android). Some third-party browsers block the features we use for payments.
