How to log in to your portal

Steps to log in to {{base_url}}/portal to view your classes and certifications.

Your portal is at https://app.docpr.com/portal. That is where you can see your classes, certifications, and payments.

How to log in

Tip: First time logging in? Click "Forgot password?" to set your password. Your account already exists from when you booked your class.

What the error messages mean

Common login errors

"Invalid login credentials" — your email or password does not match. For your security we do not tell you which one is wrong. Try resetting your password.
"Too many requests. Please try again later." — you hit the login rate limit (about 10 login attempts per minute). Wait a minute and try again.
"Your session has expired" — you were signed out for inactivity or because your account was changed. Log back in and you will be returned to where you were.

If your email and password do not work, try resetting your password. See "How to reset your password."

ℹ️

Note: For your security, you will be logged out after a period of inactivity. Just log back in when you return.
