How to reset your password
Forgot your password? Here is how to set a new one.
If you forgot your password — or if this is your first time logging in — you can set a new password in just a few steps.
How to reset your password
- 1Go to https://app.docpr.com/portal.
- 2Click "Forgot password?" below the login form. (The direct URL is https://app.docpr.com/auth/forgot-password.)
- 3Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- 4You will see a confirmation: "If an account exists for that email, we sent a reset link." We do not reveal which emails are registered, for privacy.
- 5Check your email inbox for a message from DoCPR.com.
- 6Click the link in the email. It will open a page at https://app.docpr.com/auth/reset-password to set a new password.
- 7Enter a new password and click Save.
- 8You are now logged in.

Important: The password-reset link expires after 1 hour. If it has expired — or if you opened the reset page without a valid link — you will see "Invalid or expired reset link. Please request a new one." Just repeat the steps above to get a new email.
💡
Tip: Check your spam folder if you do not see the reset email within a few minutes. Also confirm you typed your email address correctly — if we do not recognize it, no email is sent (and you will not be told).
