Managing your email and text subscriptions

How to opt out of marketing emails, stop reminders, and control which notifications you get.

We send two kinds of messages: transactional (booking confirmations, payment receipts, class reminders) and marketing (newsletters, renewal promos). You can opt out of marketing any time. Transactional messages are required for the service to work.

The fastest way — click Unsubscribe

Every marketing email has an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Clicking it opens https://app.docpr.com/unsubscribe and instantly removes you from the marketing list. You do not need to log in.

From inside the portal

Change your preferences
  1. 1Log in at https://app.docpr.com/portal.
  2. 2Tap Account (bottom bar on phone) or click your name (desktop).
  3. 3Open the Notifications tab.
  4. 4Toggle each category on or off: Booking & Class, Certifications, Payments, Marketing, Product Updates.
  5. 5For each category, pick which channels to use: Email, SMS, Push.
  6. 6Changes save automatically.

Stopping text messages

Reply STOP to any SMS we send and your phone number is removed immediately. To opt back in, log into the portal and turn SMS back on in the Notifications tab.

Important: You cannot opt out of legally required messages — things like "your class has been cancelled" or "your payment failed." Those are sent regardless of your preferences.

Note: If you are an admin, organization admins, or instructor, your role also receives internal operational emails (new bookings, shift assignments). Those are managed separately in the admin-side notification preferences.
