How to update your profile
Change your name, phone number, or email address in your portal.
You can update your contact information in your portal at any time.
How to update your profile
- 1Go to https://app.docpr.com/portal and log in.
- 2Click on your name or the Account icon.
- 3Click Profile or Edit Profile.
- 4Change the information you want to update.
- 5Click Save.

Tip: Keep your email address up to date. That is how we send you class reminders and certification expiration notices.

Note: Changing your email address will change the email you use to log in. If you forget the new address, use "Forgot password?" on the login page.
