How to unsubscribe from emails or texts
Stop receiving marketing emails or SMS messages from {{tenant_name}}.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails and text messages at any time.
To unsubscribe from emails
- 1Open any email from DoCPR.com.
- 2Scroll to the bottom of the email.
- 3Click the Unsubscribe link.
- 4Confirm on the page that opens.
To unsubscribe from text messages
- 1Reply STOP to any text message from us.
- 2You will receive a confirmation that you have been removed.

Note: Unsubscribing from marketing messages will not stop booking confirmations or class reminders. Those are transactional messages related to your booking.

Tip: To manage individual notification types, log in to your portal and visit Notification Preferences instead.
