CPR & First Aid Requirements in Oregon
Oregon requires all childcare staff to complete First Aid and Infant/Child CPR training within 90 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment, as mandated by the Department of Early Learning and Care. The state has strict format requirements: CPR training must include in-person instructor-led practice and assessment, and purely online courses are not accepted, though blended courses combining online learning with hands-on instruction may qualify.
