Reminders to finish your online pre-work
If you have a blended class coming up, we will remind you to finish the online portion the day before.
Blended classes have an online portion you must finish before the in-person session. About 24 hours before your class, we will check on your progress and email you if you have not finished yet.
When the reminder fires
- About 24 hours before the in-person skills session
- Only if you have NOT yet completed the online course
- Only for blended classes (in-person-only classes do not have pre-work)
What to do when you get a pre-work reminder
- 1Tap the Continue your online course button in the email.
- 2It opens your portal and jumps straight into the spot where you left off.
- 3Finish all sections — your progress saves every 30 seconds.
- 4Show up to your in-person session as scheduled.

Important: If you arrive at the in-person session without finishing the online course, you may not be able to take part. Get it done before class day.
💡
Tip: Most online pre-work courses take 1–2 hours. Plan a quiet evening to knock it out.
