My online course will not load
Troubleshooting steps when the course screen is blank or stuck.
If your online course is not loading, do not worry. These steps fix most problems.
Try these fixes first
- 1Refresh the page (press F5 or click the refresh button in your browser).
- 2Make sure popups are allowed. Courses open in a new window — if popups are blocked, the course will not open.
- 3Try a different browser. Chrome or Firefox usually work best.
- 4Clear your browser cache. In Chrome: click the three dots → Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
- 5Check your internet connection. Try loading another website to confirm you are online.
- 6Restart your computer and try again.
How to allow popups in Chrome
- 1Click the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome.
- 2Click Settings.
- 3Click Privacy and security, then Site settings.
- 4Click Popups and redirects.
- 5Add https://app.docpr.com to the Allowed list.
