When does my certification expire?
How to check your expiration date and when we will remind you.
Most CPR certifications are valid for 2 years. Your exact expiration date is shown in your portal.
How to check your expiration date
- 1Go to https://app.docpr.com/portal and log in.
- 2Click on My Certifications.
- 3Your expiration date is listed next to each certification.
Reminders we send you
- 90 days before expiration — a heads-up email
- 60 days before expiration — a reminder to book a renewal class
- 30 days before expiration — an urgent reminder

Tip: Do not wait until the last minute to renew. Classes fill up fast. We recommend booking your renewal class at least 6 weeks before your expiration date.
