Your certification Wallet

Find, view, and download your CPR certifications from the Wallet page in your portal.

Your Wallet at https://app.docpr.com/portal/wallet is where your certifications live. Each completed class issues a cert that lands here.

What the Wallet shows

Each cert appears as a card with

The issuing organization (for example, American Red Cross)
The certification name (BLS Provider, CPR/AED, First Aid, etc.)
The holder name (that is you)
The expiration date
An Expiry Ring — a small circle that fills with color based on how much time is left. Green = plenty of time, yellow = expiring within 6 months, red = expired or expiring within a month.

No certs yet?

If you have not completed a class yet, the Wallet shows a friendly empty state: "No certifications yet. Complete a class to receive your first certification." That is expected — your first cert will appear here as soon as your instructor marks your class complete.

Old link still works

If you have an old bookmark for /portal/certifications, it still works — we automatically send you to /portal/wallet.

Adding a cert from somewhere else

Earned a CPR cert with a different provider? Tap Add a cert on the Wallet page to upload it. See "How to add an external certification" for the full walkthrough.

Tip: Click any cert card to see the full details, download a PDF copy, or share a verification link with an employer.
