How to add a certification from another provider

Track certifications from Red Cross, AHA, or other providers in your portal.

You can add certifications from other CPR training providers to your portal. This lets you track all your certifications in one place and get expiration reminders.

How to add an external certification
  1. 1Go to https://app.docpr.com/portal and log in.
  2. 2Click on My Certifications.
  3. 3Click Add Certification.
  4. 4Enter the certification type, issuing organization, issue date, and expiration date.
  5. 5Optionally, upload a photo or scan of your certification card.
  6. 6Click Save.

Note: We cannot verify certifications from other providers. The information you enter is for your own tracking purposes.

Tip: Adding your current certification is a great way to make sure you get renewal reminders before it expires.
