CPR Certification in Maine

CPR & First Aid Requirements in Maine
Maine requires high school students to receive CPR and AED instruction before graduation and mandates that all licensed childcare providers maintain pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid certification with a hands-on skills component. Maine's Good Samaritan law (Title 14, Section 164) provides legal protection for anyone who provides emergency CPR care in good faith.
