- 2The instructor introduces themselves and explains the schedule.
- 3Watch a short video or listen to a brief lesson.
- 4Practice skills on a manikin — the instructor will guide you step by step.
- 5Practice again until you feel comfortable.
- 6Complete a short written or skills check (for certification classes).
- 7Receive your certification card or digital certificate.
💡
Tip: Do not be nervous. Instructors are patient and encouraging. Ask questions any time.
Common questions
- How long is class? Most classes are 2–4 hours depending on certification type.
- Will I have to take a test? Some certifications require a short written quiz. The instructor will let you know.
- What if I make a mistake? That is what practice is for. You will have plenty of time to repeat each skill.
After class, your digital certificate will be available in your portal at https://app.docpr.com/portal, usually within a few hours.
