Taking a Class

Using the links in your booking emails

Every email we send has buttons to reschedule, log in, pay, start online pre-work, or unsubscribe — no password needed.

Every email we send about a class — confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, payment requests — has a block of action buttons at the bottom. These let you take action in one click, without needing to remember a password.

What is in the email footer

Depending on the email you get, the buttons may include

  • Start online course → opens your pre-work if your class is "Blended" format
  • Reschedule → opens a page where you can pick a different class date, no login required
  • Pay → opens a secure Stripe checkout page for bookings that still owe a balance
  • Log in to portal → sends you to your student portal
  • Terms, Privacy, Unsubscribe → legal + opt-out links

Reschedule link

The Reschedule link in your confirmation email uses a secure one-time token — you do not need to remember a password. It works for 30 days after you book. After that, log in to your portal and use Reschedule from there.

Pay link

If your class has a balance owing, the Pay link in the email goes straight to a secure Stripe page. Your booking is held for you while you pay. The link is good for 7 days.

💡
Tip: If an email link has expired ("This link is no longer valid"), that is normal — our self-service links expire for security. Log in at https://app.docpr.com/portal and do the same action from inside your account.
ℹ️
Note: Unsubscribe only turns off marketing emails. You will still get class-related emails (confirmations, reminders, cancellations) because those are required for the class you booked.
