How to use the QR code check-in
Check in quickly with your confirmation email QR code on class day.
On the day of your class, you can check in by showing your QR code. This is quick and easy.
How to check in with a QR code
- 1Open your class confirmation email on your phone or print it out.
- 2Look for the QR code on the email.
- 3When you arrive at class, show the QR code to your instructor.
- 4The instructor will scan it with their device to mark you present.
- 5You are checked in! You may now enter the classroom.

Tip: Have your phone battery charged or bring a printed copy just in case.

Note: Each QR code is unique to you and your class. Do not share your code — it identifies your booking.
If you do not have the email with the QR code
- Check your spam or promotions folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
- Log in to https://app.docpr.com/portal and find your class — the QR code is there too.
- Ask your instructor to check you in manually by finding your name in the roster.
The QR code is just another way to make check-in faster. If you cannot use it, the instructor can still check you in the traditional way by name.
