Reviewing and accepting a quote you received by email
If a CPR provider sent you a quote link, you can accept or decline right from your phone — no account needed.
When a CPR training provider emails you a quote, the link in the email opens a public page where you can read the details and respond. You do NOT need to sign up or log in to accept.
How to accept or decline a quote
- 1Open the email from the provider and tap the View quote button.
- 2Read the line items, total, and any notes from the provider.
- 3Tap Accept quote if it looks right, or Decline if it does not.
- 4If you accept, you may be asked for your name and a billing email so the provider can send the invoice.
- 5You will get a confirmation email — keep it for your records.
💡
Tip: Have questions before accepting? Reply directly to the email — the quote message includes the provider's reply address.
⚠️
Important: Quote links expire. If the link has timed out, contact the provider and ask for a refreshed quote.
ℹ️
Note: The share link is unique to your quote — please do not forward it to people outside your organization.
