Reviewing and accepting a quote you received by email

If a CPR provider sent you a quote link, you can accept or decline right from your phone — no account needed.

When a CPR training provider emails you a quote, the link in the email opens a public page where you can read the details and respond. You do NOT need to sign up or log in to accept.

How to accept or decline a quote
  1. 1Open the email from the provider and tap the View quote button.
  2. 2Read the line items, total, and any notes from the provider.
  3. 3Tap Accept quote if it looks right, or Decline if it does not.
  4. 4If you accept, you may be asked for your name and a billing email so the provider can send the invoice.
  5. 5You will get a confirmation email — keep it for your records.
💡
Tip: Have questions before accepting? Reply directly to the email — the quote message includes the provider's reply address.
⚠️
Important: Quote links expire. If the link has timed out, contact the provider and ask for a refreshed quote.
ℹ️
Note: The share link is unique to your quote — please do not forward it to people outside your organization.
