After your class — finding your cert, leaving feedback, and rebooking
Once your class is marked complete, the Class Detail page shows three buttons: see your cert, leave a survey, and book your next class.
When your instructor marks your class complete, the Class Detail page changes. The check-in code goes away and three new buttons appear so you can wrap up.
What to do after class
- 1Open https://app.docpr.com/portal and tap on the class you just finished.
- 2Tap See my certificate to view or download a PDF copy. The cert also lives on your Wallet page.
- 3Tap Leave a survey to share feedback. It takes about 1 minute and helps us improve.
- 4Tap Book my next class to find a renewal class — most CPR certs renew every 2 years.
💡
Tip: Your cert usually shows up within a few hours of the class ending. If it has been more than 24 hours and you do not see it, email support@docpr.com.
