How to reschedule your class
Steps to move your booking to a different class date.
Need to change the date of your class? You can reschedule through your portal or by contacting us.
How to reschedule online
- 1Go to https://app.docpr.com/portal and log in.
- 2Click on My Classes.
- 3Find the class you want to reschedule.
- 4Click Reschedule.
- 5Choose a new class date from the available options.
- 6Confirm your selection. You will get a new confirmation email.

Important: Rescheduling is only available more than 48 hours before your class. After that cutoff, please email us directly at support@docpr.com.
💡
Tip: If your original class was cancelled by us, you will receive an email with a special reschedule link. Use that link to pick a new date at no extra charge.
