How to cancel your booking
Steps to cancel your class booking and information about refunds.
You can cancel your booking through your portal. Cancellations more than 48 hours before class are eligible for a refund.
How to cancel online
- 1Go to https://app.docpr.com/portal and log in.
- 2Click on My Classes.
- 3Find the class you want to cancel.
- 4Click Cancel Booking.
- 5Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
- 6You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

Important: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before class to receive a refund. Late cancellations are not automatically refunded — contact us to discuss your situation.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
