Sharing a pre-work progress link with your group

If you booked a class for your team, you can send a single link that lets the coordinator see who has finished the online pre-work — without giving them portal access.

When you book a class for a group (for example, you signed up six co-workers), you can share a special link that shows the coordinator how each person is doing on the online pre-work. The link does not give them access to anyone's account — it just shows progress.

How to get the share link

1Open https://app.docpr.com/portal and find your group booking under My Classes.
2Tap the class to open the Class Detail page.
3Look for the Group coordinator section.
4Tap Copy share link to copy a unique URL.
5Send the link by email or text to the person organizing your team.

What the coordinator sees

The class date, time, and location
A list of names with a check mark next to each person who has finished the online course
A simple progress bar — for example, "4 of 6 complete"

Note: The link does not show personal information beyond first name and pre-work status. It cannot be used to log in or change anything.

💡

Tip: The link expires after the class date. If you need a fresh one for a future booking, repeat the steps above.
