What you see after you book a class

Your confirmation page, short booking ID, and the Add to Calendar button explained.

As soon as you finish booking, you will land on a confirmation page. Here is what is on it and what to do next.

Your confirmation page

What the page shows

  • A short booking reference like #01KPVZN0 — the first few characters of your booking ID. Keep this number handy if you contact us.
  • The class name (for example, "CPR/AED + First Aid — Blended").
  • The date and time in your local time zone.
  • The location name and address.
  • The price you paid (or "Free" if the class is no-cost).
  • An Add to Calendar button.

  1. 1Click Add to Calendar on the confirmation page.
  2. 2Your computer or phone will download an .ics file (or open a "Save to calendar" prompt on your phone).
  3. 3Open the file. Your calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook) will add the event with the date, time, location, and a reminder.

Confirmation email

You will also get a confirmation email within a few minutes. The email repeats the class details and includes buttons to reschedule, log in to your portal, and get help. If you do not see it in 10 minutes, check your spam folder.

Tip: Save the email. It is the quickest way to get back to your class details or to reschedule later.

See your booking in the portal

Log in at https://app.docpr.com/portal (or click Log in to portal in the confirmation email). Your class appears on the home page under "upcoming classes" with a Confirmed badge.
