Refund policy

When you can get a refund and how to request one.

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your class.

How to request a refund
  1. 1Cancel your booking through your portal (see "How to cancel your booking").
  2. 2Refunds are processed automatically if you cancel 48+ hours before class.
  3. 3Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days.

If you missed the 48-hour window due to an emergency, contact us. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. Email support@docpr.com or chat with us.

Note: If the class was cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund automatically. We will also email you about rescheduling options.
