How to pay invoices

View and pay invoices for your organization through the portal.

Organization invoices are managed in your organization portal. You can view outstanding invoices and pay them online.

How to pay an invoice
  1. 1Go to https://app.docpr.com/portal/organization and log in.
  2. 2Click on Invoices in the menu.
  3. 3Find the invoice you want to pay.
  4. 4Click Pay Invoice.
  5. 5Enter your payment information.
  6. 6Click Confirm Payment.
  7. 7A receipt will be sent to your email.

Note: Invoices are generated based on your organization's billing schedule or when classes are completed. Contact support@docpr.com if you have billing questions.

Tip: You can download past invoices as PDFs for your records. Click on any invoice and select Download.
